  • Website refers to Nano Banana, accessible from https://nanobananalite.pro.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf the individual accesses or uses the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern the use of the Service and form the agreement between you and the Company. They set out the rights and obligations of all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. Your use of the Service is also conditioned on acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Subscription, Fees and Billing

The Service may offer monthly and annual subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, and other digital features. By purchasing a paid feature, you authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and disclosed amounts to your selected payment method.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next billing date. You may manage or cancel your subscription through account settings. Unless required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payment processors may collect and process billing information. Nano Banana does not store full card numbers.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases with reasonable usage. To request a refund, contact support within 7 days of the original purchase.

Refund eligibility may be denied for abuse, excessive usage, repeated refund requests, policy circumvention, or other misuse. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Failed tasks may be eligible for credit restoration when our systems confirm the failure.

AI-Generated Content and Usage Rights

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for prompts, uploads, and reference assets submitted to Nano Banana. You may use generated outputs for personal or commercial projects subject to your plan, the applicable provider terms, third-party rights, and local law.

Nano Banana may process and store Content as needed to operate the Service, investigate abuse, resolve billing or support issues, and comply with law. Uploaded images and generated outputs are automatically deleted after 7 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Nano Banana to break the law, infringe rights, create abusive or fraudulent content, upload harmful code, abuse credits or payment flows, bypass technical restrictions, overload the Service, or create unreasonable operational, security, or legal risk.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, generate, request, distribute, or promote illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, hateful or abusive content, extremist material, fraud, impersonation, malware, or content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.

Digital Services and No Physical Delivery

The Service provides digital AI generation, editing, account, billing, and credit features. No physical product is shipped. Access, credits, generated files, account history, and related digital features are delivered through the Website or associated account tools.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country govern these Terms and your use of the Service, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting the Company.

For European Union (EU) Users

If you are an EU consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you reside.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to United States government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on any United States government prohibited or restricted parties list.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Failure to exercise a right or require performance under these Terms does not affect a party's ability to exercise that right or require performance later.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms may be translated if made available through the Service. The original English text will prevail in the event of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before new terms take effect.
